Here is a list of the events for orientations/registrations up to Sunday after the ride. This information may change or be added to so please check back.
PRE-RIDE ORIENTATION/REGISTRATION
Friday, 09/19/08 at 12 noon - 8:00pm - Club Café
This is for Bike and Luggage drop-off, Donation drop-off and Safety Video viewing.
NO NEW rider registrations will be accepted.
START OF RIDE IN BOSTON - TRINITY CHURCH
Saturday, Sept. 19 (the sun rises at 5:45 am)
4:30am - 5:00am - Check-in
5:00am - 6:00am - Breakfast
5:00am - Safety Video Viewing
5:20am - Safety Video Viewing
6:15am - Opening Ceremonies
6:35am - Ride out
6:40am - Ride site closes (Boston)
Breakfast: Trinity Church
Check-in: Trinity Church
Luggage drop-off: Truck outside Trinity Church AND truck at Renaissance Garage at Northeastern University
Safety Video: Trinity Church
RIDERS Pick up bikes in storage at 209 Columbus Avenue and bring them to Trinity Church.
START OF RIDE FROM SAGAMORESATURDAY, SEPT. 20
Safety Video will not be shown at Sagamore start
8:00am - Volunteers arrive
9:30am - Check-in
9:30am - Luggage drop off: Truck at Sagamore
9:00am - 9:30am - Breakfast
9:55am - Opening Ceremonies
10:00am - Ride out
END OF RIDE CAPE INN IN PROVINCETOWN (the sun sets at 6:01 pm)
1:00pm - Cape Inn site opens
6:30pm - Last rider expected by this time
6:30pm - Crew heads over to the Boatslip
6:40pm - Riders and crew must pick up luggage
6:45pm - Riders leave for the Boatslip
7:00pm - Cape Inn site closes
AT THE BOATSLIP ON SATURDAY NIGHT
5:00pm -
Provincetown Volunteers report to the Boatslip
6:00pm - Boatslip opens for H2B
6:30pm - Crew reports to the Boatslip
7:00pm - Closing ceremonies
7:30 - 9:30pm - Dinner (there will be 2 lines)
NOTE: If luggage is not picked up at Cape Inn by 7:00pm Saturday night, it will be available at Aids Support Group Office on Bradford St. Participants are responsible for coordinating pick up with ASGCC, during normal business hours, after Saturday 9/20.
SUNDAY BRUNCH
9:00am - 1:00 at Bayside Betsy’s. RSVP for desired seating.
