Join H2B in the 2009 Boston Pride Parade!
Hey H2B Friends,
Your favorite AIDS Ride has secured a spot, and a FLOAT, in the 2009 Boston Gay Pride Parade in a couple weeks, and we’d love to have you join us!!
Who better to spread the word about H2B than our enthusiastic, excited, and gorgeous crew and riders!? Whether you want to walk the parade, reach out to the crowd, ride the float and look pretty, or answer questions about the 2009 Ride, we need you!!! Heck, you can just yell “100% to Charity!!” and that’ll get the crowd’s attention!
Boston Pride is Saturday, June 13th. Club Cafe, our founding sponsor, is generously offering us space on their fancy float, and it’s gonna be a real float – not some shopping cart with duct tape and feathers!
If you’d like to be in the Parade, we’ll need you from 10AM until 1PM.
If you’d like to work the festival, we’ll need you from 12PM to 3PM, or 3PM to 6PM.
If you’d like to learn more and contribute your great ideas, we will meet next Monday, June 8th at 6PM, to sort out the details.
So, grab your H2B Rider Jerseys, H2B shirts, glitter, pom-poms, battons, and body paint! It’s time to remind Boston about what a great impact we’ve had for our beneficiaries, and for our friends and family living with HIV and AIDS. And, this will be an amazing opportunity to make 2009 even more wonderful than 2008!
